APPLICATION:
It iswidely used inmail room, postoffice, bank, book store,
department store., etc.ZK-888 offersuniform, secure banding of
various small-sized articles suchas loose banknote, vouchers,
parcels, pouch of mail, tenbundle of currency, posters, booklet,
business cards box, todie cut labels. The ZK-888 uses white or
brown paper tapewith heat seal adhesive to ensure a tight seal
withoutleaving a stain or residue on the bundled products. Andclear
cast polypropylene tape can heat seal to bundlepharmaceuticals,
food packages, lottery tickets or anythingfor which a clear band is
desirable. Each machine iscalibrated for single width of tape, and
features a patentedmechanism for smooth tape feeding and taping.
Availablecalibrated for 20mm (25/32"), 30mm (1& 5/32") or 40mm
(1&9/16"). Special width & length tape can be delivered
onrequest,printed tapes also available by special order.
Several timefaster than hand banding (up to 25 cycles per minute),
theunit requires very little table space. It can horizontal
andvertical banding currency. Successful development andmanufacture
